RULES & REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY: This offer is valid to any current L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. clients, who are at least eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per person. All employees, agents, and contractors of L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC, their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of each such employee are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. FIVE PEOPLE WILL WIN. ODDS DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF CLIENTS PRIOR TO NOV. 19TH, 2024.
REGISTRATION PERIOD: The giveaway ends November 18, 2024, at Midnight Central Daylight Time (“CDT”). There will be 5 winners drawn.
SUBMISSION: Winners are automatically entered if they are a current L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. client. Winners must still comply with the terms of use and all other terms and conditions of L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. to be eligible. However, no purchase is necessary.
By accepting the giveaway prize, you irrevocably agree to allow L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. to reference your name, story, and/or photo and to use your name, image, likeness, and voice recordings in all media anywhere, without additional permission or compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the giveaway prize, the entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the sponsor, its affiliates, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages (including but not limited to punitive damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of any breach or falsity of entrant’s representations made, including without limitation those set forth in these official rules and in the entry. All entries submitted in compliance with these official rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “eligible entries”.
PRIZE: The prize for the winning participants is five (5) $125 gift cards to United Supermarket grocery store. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by telephone, email, or social media and requested to respond within 24 hours. If the finalist does not respond within 24 hours then another winner is selected. The finalist must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence upon notification as the potential Prize Winners. In the event of non-compliance by a potential Prize Winner, such potential Prize Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Prize Winner shall be terminated and an alternative potential Prize Winner may be awarded the Prize in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS: Odds of winning depend on the number of L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. clients prior to Nov 19th, 2024. Winners do not need to be present to win. Only one (1) winner per household.
L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC is sponsoring this giveaway. L Hamilton Financial Group, LLC. is solely responsible for shipping or delivering prizes directly to the winners upon validation of entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of the Prize and the Prize Winner. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, or is disrupted or corrupted, including, without limitation, by strikes, acts of war or terrorism, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest or for any reason Sponsor deems it necessary, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or to determine the Prize Winner in its sole discretion. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final.
